The purpose of the session is to determine whether Thryve is an appropriate fit for your needs and to recommend the most suitable coaching experience.

Booking a Discovery Session does not guarantee acceptance onto any coaching programme.

Recommendations are based solely upon the information voluntarily provided during the consultation.

Discovery Sessions are educational consultations and do not constitute medical advice.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Discovery Session fees are non-refundable.

Current coaching programmes include:

Coaching begins only after payment has been received and all required onboarding information has been completed.

Clients acknowledge that programme features may evolve over time in order to improve service quality.

Minor updates or improvements to coaching materials shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Payments

All coaching fees are payable in advance in accordance with the payment schedule agreed at the time of purchase.

Recurring coaching programmes require timely payment to maintain uninterrupted access to coaching services.

Failure to make payment may result in:

  • suspension of coaching;

  • suspension of messaging support;

  • postponement of programme updates; or

  • termination of services.

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Price changes will not affect clients during their current minimum commitment period unless otherwise agreed.

Applicable taxes, duties or transaction fees imposed by financial institutions remain the responsibility of the client.

7. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our coaching services, significant preparation and time are invested in each client from the outset.

For this reason, all payments made to Thryve are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds will not normally be provided where a client:

  • changes their mind;

  • decides not to participate;

  • fails to engage with coaching;

  • fails to follow the agreed programme;

  • is dissatisfied due to a lack of adherence;

  • becomes too busy to continue;

  • relocates;

  • or wishes to terminate coaching before the agreed minimum commitment has ended.

Where a client has committed to a minimum coaching period, they remain responsible for all payments due during that commitment unless otherwise agreed by Thryve in writing or where required by applicable law.

Requests to pause coaching may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

Approval of a pause does not automatically extend promotional pricing or Founding Member status.

8. Founding Member Pricing

From time to time, Thryve may offer promotional pricing to qualifying clients (“Founding Member Pricing”).

Unless otherwise stated, Founding Member Pricing will remain available only while the client maintains an uninterrupted active coaching relationship with Thryve.

Founding Member status may be forfeited if a client:

  • cancels their coaching programme;

  • fails to make required payments;

  • pauses coaching without prior written agreement;

  • or otherwise ceases their active membership.

Should a client return after cancelling or ending their coaching relationship, current standard pricing may apply.

Founding Member Pricing cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated.

9. Student Programme

Student pricing is available only to clients who provide valid evidence of current enrolment at a recognised educational institution. Thryve reserves the right to request updated proof of eligibility at any time. Where satisfactory evidence cannot be provided, standard pricing may be applied.

Student discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion, introductory offer or Founding Member pricing unless expressly stated.

Clients may contact us at any time; however, messages are not monitored continuously.

Our coaching services should never be relied upon in emergency situations.

11. Programme Participation

Our coaching programmes are collaborative.

Clients acknowledge that meaningful progress requires consistent participation throughout the agreed coaching period.

Clients remain responsible for:

  • attending scheduled check-ins where applicable;

  • responding to reasonable requests for information;

  • completing agreed actions between reviews;

  • providing honest feedback; and

  • communicating any changes affecting their programme.

Missed check-ins, delayed responses or periods of inactivity do not automatically extend programme durations or minimum commitment periods.

Unused coaching time, support or programme reviews cannot normally be carried forward unless otherwise agreed by Thryve.

12. Programme Changes

Requests to upgrade, downgrade or transfer between coaching programmes may be considered at Thryve’s discretion.

Any approved changes will be confirmed in writing and may include revised pricing, programme durations or minimum commitment periods.

Thryve reserves the right to decline requested changes where they are not operationally practical.

13. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information;

  • disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or other circumstances that may affect coaching;

  • follow advice provided by qualified healthcare professionals;

  • participate responsibly in all coaching activities;

  • notify Thryve of any significant changes to their health or circumstances;

  • maintain respectful communication with coaches and staff.

Clients acknowledge that they remain solely responsible for decisions relating to their own health, wellbeing and lifestyle.

14. Medical, Exercise & Skincare Guidance

All coaching, guidance and recommendations provided by Thryve are educational in nature.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Exercise carries inherent risks. Nutrition recommendations are provided as general guidance. Skincare recommendations are based upon information voluntarily provided by the client.

Clients remain solely responsible for:

  • consulting qualified healthcare professionals where appropriate;

  • managing allergies and intolerances;

  • checking product ingredients;

  • conducting patch tests before using skincare products;

  • following manufacturers’ instructions;

  • determining whether exercise is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

Should clients experience pain, illness, dizziness, allergic reactions or any other concerning symptoms, they should discontinue the relevant activity immediately and seek appropriate medical advice.

Results depend upon numerous factors including:

  • consistency;

  • genetics;

  • existing health conditions;

  • exercise adherence;

  • and personal commitment.

Accordingly, Thryve makes no guarantee regarding:

  • weight loss;

  • muscle gain;

  • improved body composition;

  • skincare improvements;

  • athletic performance;

  • habit formation;

  • or any other specific outcome.

Testimonials presented on our website or social media represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

16. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

  • repeatedly fails to follow reasonable coaching instructions;

  • provides false or misleading information;

  • engages in unlawful activity;

  • compromises the safety or wellbeing of coaches or other clients;

  • or otherwise behaves in a manner that makes continuation of coaching unreasonable.

Where coaching is terminated for these reasons, refunds will not normally be provided except where required by applicable law.

17. Confidentiality

Thryve treats client information with respect and confidentiality.

Information shared during coaching will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Confidential information may only be disclosed where:

  • required by law;

  • necessary to protect the safety of an individual;

  • necessary to prevent unlawful activity; or

  • otherwise permitted under applicable law.

Clients also agree to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary coaching methods, documents or information shared during the coaching relationship.

18. Intellectual Property

All coaching programmes, branding, documents, educational materials, templates, videos, graphics, website content, digital resources and other materials provided by Thryve remain the exclusive intellectual property of Thryve unless otherwise stated.
